Eligibility for Returns

  • The product remains unopened and sealed in its original packaging

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation

  • The product has not been tampered with, used, or damaged

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory materials, we are unable to accept returns for opened products unless the item was damaged during delivery.

All return requests must first be authorized by our support team.


Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive an incorrect or damaged item, you may submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund requests may be approved in situations such as:

Address Accuracy

Simple Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
